What Is Winabig?

Answer:
Winabig is a wholly owned Ghanaian company with established presence in Ghana, and registered with the appropriate regulatory agencies. It is an online raffle experience; For every ticket purchased, participants enter a draw and stand the chance of winning an exclusive prize.

Question:
Why do I need to register an account with Winabig?

Answer:
A registered account with Winabig enables you to purchase a ticket and makes you eligible to enter a draw. This is for your security and protection.

Question:
How do I set up my Winabig account?

Answer:
To create an account simply click ‘Login/Register’ in the top right-hand corner of your screen, after launching the app or opening the website. You then enter your details in the fields highlighted.

Question:
How do I edit my Winabig account details?

Answer:
To edit your account details, click on your Name/Photo icon located in the main menu. Tap the profile section to edit and click 'Save changes' to complete.

Question:
How do I ‘Logout’ of my Winabig account?

Answer:
To ‘Logout’ simply click on your name/photo in the top right-hand corner and select ‘Logout’ from the drop-down menu.

Question:
Will I receive ‘push notifications’ after I ‘Log Out’?

Answer:
You will receive only general notifications after you log out; to receive account related information you must ‘Log-in’ again.

Question:
I can’t remember my Winabig account password.

Answer:
At ‘Login’ select ‘Forgot Password’ and follow the on-screen instructions to reset your password.

Question:
I want to change my password.

Answer:
To change your password, click on your name/photo in the top right-hand corner and select ‘My Account’. From here select the ‘Account’ tab and follow the prompts to change your password.

Question:
How do I close my Winabig account?

Answer:
It will be sad to see you go, but if you must close your account, please notify us in writing (from your registered email account) at: support@winabig.com. Hereafter, a dedicated member of our Support team will assist you within 48 hrs.

Question:
Why am I receiving ‘push notifications’/emails from Winabig?

Answer:
Winabig is not in the business of spamming or bombarding its users with irrelevant ‘push notifications’/emails. Any notices you receive from us should be deemed relevant to your user experience.

Question:
How frequently do new Winabig campaigns emerge?

Answer:
There is no set time limit for a campaign; New campaigns are created at the close of an existing campaign. You can however expect new campaigns to emerge frequently.

Question:
Will the prize categories expand?

Answer:
As a very innovative platform, Winabig is always looking for more ways to engage you. Hence new prizes are on their way, stay tuned and watch out for some exciting campaigns.

Question:
Are there any hidden charges I should be aware of?

Answer:
We take pride in being transparent with participants on our platform, hence there are no hidden charges on any Winabig ticket purchase. You should however check with your bank or Mobile Wallet service provider if they apply any transaction/processing fees.

Question:
Am I charged VAT?

Answer:
All ticket prices are inclusive of the statutory VAT charges.

Question:
Can I use someone else’s Mobile money Account to complete a purchase?

Answer:
You should use another person’s Mobile money wallet in completing a purchase ONLY if you have their consent or permission to do so.

Question:
What currencies can I use to purchase a Winabig ticket?

Answer:
Winabig currently only accepts Ghana Cedis. You can make payment on the Winabig platform via any bank account or mobile money wallet - however, Winabig will not be responsible for final billings which have been affected by fees (hidden or otherwise) as imposed by your bank or mobile money service provider.

Question:
Can I cancel/refund a Winabig ticket purchase order?

Answer:
As per the ‘User Agreement’ all ticket purchases are final and no refunds are given under any circumstances.

Question:
Where can I collect my Winabig prize(s) when I win?

Answer:
All Winabig prizes should be collected directly from our HQ in North Labone Estates-Accra. Any additional and /or different details will be sent to you via email.

Question:
Can I send someone else to collect my winning prize?

Answer:
Only a registered account holder, or (and solely at our discretion), any individual with ‘Power of Attorney’ (POA) can collect the registered account holders’ winning prize. The Ghana Card (for both citizens and non-Citizens) or passport are the only acceptable forms of identification (please ensure your identification card is up to date).

What if I don’t want people to know I’ve won a Winabig prize draw?

Answer:
As per the ‘Draw Terms & Conditions', Winabig has the right to use your image, name and any statements made across our marketing channels (physical/digital). Please refer to the Draw Terms and Conditions (User Guide) for more details.

Question:
Can I view past winners of the Winabig campaign draws?

Answer:
You will be able to view past winners of Winabig campaigns via our social media channels, as well as in our ‘News’ section on the website.

Question:
How will I be notified about the status of a campaign: 'Coming Soon'/'Launched'/'Ending'/'Closed'.?

Answer:
Winabig will periodically send ‘Push Notifications’/emails to notify all ticket holders as to the status of each campaign.

Question:
Are my personal details secure with Winabig?

Answer:
We take our Privacy Policy very seriously. Winabig does not store or save any sensitive Mobile Wallet or Debit/Credit Card information on its servers. Credit Card details that are registered with us are stored securely through the ‘Checkout’ secure online payment gateway. For further information please click this link.

Answer:

Answer:
